So basically since december I've been applying for things to do beside study. I completed the Moot Court qualifying rounds this afternoon. whew. That was a surprisingly intense weeks of writing / practicing. The judges were all super nice and encouraging - I can only imagine what it's like to sit through multiple rounds of shaking, stuttering, smiley-fearful 1Ls who are all trying to look as cool as possible while talking for 30 minutes. I'm pretty sure I could not be a politician - at least, not one that gave press conferences.
