sh, braised chicken (chef's secret) is hands down excellent noms. Behold!It may not look like much, but it's really savory, aromatic, chicken gone to heaven.
I asked my dad, why isn't this on the menu? It's skin-on chicken marinated in sherry, star anise, soy sauce, and something else... can't put my finger on it, (maybe cardamon?) broiled with green onions. I'll have to get the recipe for this. My dad says that it's the chef's own recipe - he's still experimenting with it to get it right.
